Returning pickleball tournament benefits critically ill kids with local children’s nonprofit

(Lakewood Ranch, FL) – Calling all Florida pickleballers! Lakewood Ranch Country Club (East) is hosting the 2nd Annual Casey Cares Serve Up Smiles Pickleball Tournament on February 1st, 2025, from 1 to 5 PM. It will be a great day as women’s and men’s team rally on the court to play pickleball in support of the Casey Cares Foundation. 

100% of proceeds benefit the Casey Cares Foundation and their programs that provide fun activities to critically ill children and their families. Donation boxes will accept gift cards and new pajamas for their popular Kami’s Jammies and Hammy’s Heart initiatives. Hammy’s Heart offers grocery assistance to families burdened by medical bills. Kami’s Jammies supplies sleepwear to kids and families in treatment. Casey Cares serves close to 200 critically ill children and their families in Florida. A Casey Cares family will speak at the tournament about the impact the organization on made on their lives.
