Cracker Jack is a sweet 9 year old senior boy that was recently adopted from Bishop Animal Shelter. He was passed over by multiple potential adopters, but he finally met his perfect human and is now living the life in his furever home!

Hunk is a 4.5 year old male mixed breed. He weighs 55 pounds. Hunk was transferred from a county shelter so we do not have information about his previous household. When Hunk arrived at our shelter he was heartworm positive and had a large head wound that required surgery. He has since recovered from the head trauma which has left him with a scar on his forehead. But we think it gives this handsome hunk some character! Hunk has completed his treatment except for his heartworm re-test. Because he was on crate rest during his heartworm treatment, we have not yet tested him with other dogs. We always recommend a meet and greet with any resident dogs. At the shelter and while on leash, Hunk met a dog-friendly cat and he was rude and a little too focused for our comfort. At this time we don’t believe Hunk would do well living with cats. We have no information on how Hunk behaves around children. We would recommend a meet and greet with any children in the household or children that visit often, such as grandkids. Please call for more information or to make an appointment to meet Hunk.
