Tuna Poke Tropical
PREP: 30 Minutes
Makes: 4 Cups
8 oz. Watermelon (1/2 inch dice)
8 oz. Mango Diced (1/2 inch dice)
8 oz. Pineapple (1/2 inch dice)
1 Tbsp. Green Onions Minced
¾ each Avocado (1/2 inch dice)
8 oz. Sashimi Tuna
1 each Avocado Fan
1 Tsp. Furikake or Sesame Seeds
When ready to serve place all of the diced fruits, tuna and diced avocado in a mixing bowl. Pour the poke sauce over the mixture and gently fold together. Place into serving bowl and garnish with avocado fan and furikake or sesame seeds.
For the Sauce
1 Cup Soy Sauce or Tamari
2 Tsp. Sriracha
1 Tsp. Garlic Minced
2 Tsp. Ginger Minced
2 Tsp. Green Onions
1 Tsp. Sesame Seeds
1/2 Tsp. Chinese 5 Spice
1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil
Place all the ingredients into bowl and whisk together to fully incorporate. Set aside.
