Manatee Chamber Announces Honorees for 46th Annual Small Business & Non-Profit of the Year Awards

The Manatee Chamber has announced the honorees for its 46th Annual Small Business & Non-Profit of the Year Awards, recognizing more than 75 outstanding businesses and organizations whose leadership, innovation, and commitment to service are helping shape a stronger Manatee County.

Now in its 46th year, the Small Business & Non-Profit of the Year Awards is one of Manatee County’s longest running and most respected business recognition programs. The awards celebrate organizations that exemplify excellence in customer service, business success, workplace culture, leadership, innovation, and community involvement.

This year’s honorees represent a diverse cross-section of industries and missions from construction, healthcare, hospitality, agriculture, retail, and professional services to organizations serving children, families, education, conservation, and individuals in need. Together, they demonstrate the entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and community commitment that continue to strengthen the local economy and enhance the quality of life throughout Manatee County.

“Every successful business and non-profit has a story of perseverance, innovation, and service behind it,” said Kim Dalglish, Vice President of Membership for the Manatee Chamber. “These organizations aren’t just successful, they’re creating jobs, serving neighbors, solving community challenges, and making Manatee County an exceptional place to live and work. We are honored to recognize their accomplishments and celebrate the positive impact they have on our community.”

Being named a Small Business & Non-Profit of the Year honoree is an achievement in itself. Following nominations submitted by members of the community, organizations complete a comprehensive application highlighting their operations, leadership, customer service, employee engagement, financial stewardship, and community involvement. Independent volunteer judges then evaluate each application to determine finalists and award recipients.

Honorees will be recognized during the 46th Annual Small Business & Non-Profit of the Year Awards Luncheon on Friday, August 28, from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Bradenton Area Convention Center. During the luncheon, honorees, finalists, and award winners will be recognized across multiple business and non-profit categories.
