Strong Buyer Demand Drives Expansion at SeaFlower in West Bradenton
In less than a year since residential construction began in the mixed-use community of SeaFlower located along Bradenton’s coastal mainland, homebuyer interest has been strong prompting the release of 784 of the 1,063 homesites planned for Phase One.
SeaFlower is reporting more than 238 homes have sold as of March 30th, marking a significant milestone in the development of the community’s first residences including 79 sales just since the start of 2026. More than 150 residents have already moved into their new SeaFlower home.
The activity represents nearly three-quarters of Phase One’s 1,063 homesites either developed and released for sale, or currently under development. Only 279 homesites remain in Phase One still to be developed and released as construction progresses. Residences in SeaFlower range from 1,500 to over 3,500 square feet with home prices ranging from the $400s to more than $1.5 million. SeaFlower builders include Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Issa Homes, M/I Homes and Pulte Homes.
“The strong momentum at SeaFlower is a direct reflection of the exceptional quality and design of the homes being built by our five builder partners,” said Ed Hill, principal, Lake Flores Land Company. “Their beautiful coastal architecture has truly defined the character of the community, with many home designs earning recognition in the Suncoast Builders Association Parade of Homes. Combined with our prime location just three miles from the beaches on Anna Maria Island and a thoughtfully planned, amenity-rich environment – including The Garden Club and the SeaFlower Village Center – buyers are clearly responding to the lifestyle we’re creating.”
