The Gulf Coast’s most flavorful night out is back! The 2nd Annual Taste & Toast Gulf Coast, presented in partnership with the Bradenton Area Convention & Visitors Bureau and Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa, returns on Saturday, May 2, 2026, for an elevated, high-energy culinary experience – benefiting the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association Suncoast Chapter.
Guests will sip, sample, and savor their way through an unforgettable evening featuring chef-driven bites, craft cocktails, fine wines, and local brews – all set within a vibrant outdoor atmosphere complete with immersive brand activations, and a festive Kentucky Derby-inspired celebration.
A Derby-Inspired Experience Like No Other
Taste & Toast Gulf Coast brings a stylish twist with a Kentucky Derby Watch Party, inviting guests to catch “the most exciting two minutes in sports” in true Gulf Coast fashion.
Attendees are encouraged to dress to impress for the Best Dressed Contest, where bold hats and Derby-inspired style take center stage. The winner will enjoy a spa escape at Revive Spa at Palmetto Marriott Resort & Spa.
New this year, guests can step into the Casino Cool Zone – a shaded, high-energy lounge experience designed to beat the Florida sun while placing friendly wagers and enjoying the thrill of the race in a relaxed setting.
