Bath + Racquet Residences & Club, Sarasota’s newest luxury residential
destination, today announced the debut of its Private Members Club, designed to unite elite racquet sports, modern wellness, hospitality and social connection under one destination. Rooted in the strategic pillars of Play, Restore and Connect, the club represents a significant addition to Sarasota’s evolving luxury lifestyle landscape.
Set within the newly reimagined 600,000-square-foot Bath + Racquet mixed-use redevelopment, the private club will feature approximately 45,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor amenities and more than 3.3 acres of outdoor recreational and social spaces, positioning it among the largest private racquet and lifestyle clubs in downtown Sarasota.
Designed as a comprehensive sports, wellness and hospitality destination, the club will include 12 tennis courts, comprising seven outdoor Tru-Har green clay courts, three outdoor red clay courts, one indoor hard court and one outdoor hard court. Members will also have access to eight dedicated pickleball courts, including five indoor and three outdoor courts, as well as two dedicated padel
courts with both indoor and outdoor play available.
Beyond racquet sports, the club will feature areas for wellness & performance, creating a holistic environment dedicated to recovery and longevity. This includes advanced fitness, strength, and cardio systems, as well as aquatics for fitness and leisure in an oversized outdoor heated pool, modern full serviced spa services and recovery facilities with sauna and cold-plunge experiences, locker rooms, dining venues and curated social spaces designed to encourage connection and community. The club is expected to open alongside the community’s first residential move-ins around December 2026.
Inspired by more than two decades competing at the highest levels of professional tennis, Tommy Haas will serve as global ambassador and curator of select club programming, helping shape experiences centered around longevity, recovery, performance, balance and community. Haas joins an accomplished leadership and advisory team that includes Donna Hunter-Smith, chief revenue and experience officer, most recently with Heritage Golf Group, and Tracy Dolgin, strategic adviser and former president of Fox Sports Net and former president and CEO of YES Network.

Membership will be offered in tiered formats for both residents and a limited number of nonresident founding members. The Resident Elite Membership will be available exclusively to Bath + Racquet homeowners and will include preferred membership privileges, while the limited Founders Circle Membership will provide select nonresidents access to the club’s amenities, programming and private social experiences. Early interest has already generated an active membership waitlist ahead of the official launch.
