Bath + Racquet Residences & Club officially unveiled its highly anticipated Private Members Club during an exclusive Sarasota Summer Soirée, welcoming community leaders, future residents, media, and real estate brokers, for an evening celebrating Sarasota’s newest luxury lifestyle destination.

Hosted by Fabio Di Prima, President of Silver Sky Global Capital, the event was attended by Sarasota Commissioner Kyle Battie in support of the development, alongside distinguished guests who enjoyed signature cocktails including the “Racque-tini” — a fresh lemon and mint martini, canapés and private tours of the model residence while experiencing firsthand the vision behind the community’s elevated residential and club lifestyle.

The club will feature approximately 45,000 square feet of indoor amenities, more than 3.3 acres of outdoor recreational and social spaces, 12 tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, two padel courts, a resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness and recovery facilities, spa amenities, elevated dining venues and curated social programming.
