Fire & Flour Smokehouse, Sarasota’s own craft BBQ brand, is hitting the community this spring with a packed schedule of events where food lovers can meet the team and sample their handcrafted smoked and freshly baked artisan breads and rolls firsthand.
Whether you’re a longtime BBQ enthusiast or simply curious what all the smoke is about, Fire & Flour Smokehouse is making it easy to stop by, grab a bite, and taste the difference that quality ingredients and real craft make. Fire & Flour Smokehouse offers a unique combination pairing smoked meats and fish with freshly baked artisan breads and rolls.
“We love getting out into the community and letting the food speak for itself,” said Jeffrey Friedman, Co-owner and Pit Master of Fire & Flour Smokehouse. Co-owner and Head Baker, Stacy Friedman agrees and says, “There’s nothing better than seeing someone take that first bite at one of our events.”

Stop by the booth, pick up a packet of Jeff’s BBQ Spice Rub, and try one of their Smoked Stuffies(which are a sourdough pizza dough, from Stacy, paired with a variety of smoked meats, house made sauces and cheeses, stuffed and then re-smoked).
April 11–12 — Florida Scholastic Rowing Association Sculling Championships

Fire & Flour Smokehouse will be on-site fueling athletes, families, and spectators at the FSRA Sculling Championships. Come cheer on the competitors and reward yourself with great BBQ.
