The Salvation Army of Manatee County Hosts First-Ever “Kringles & Kayaks” Fundraiser – Rowing Children Home!

The Salvation Army of Manatee County invites all media, community members, and holiday fun-seekers to join us for our first annual “Kringles & Kayaks: Rowing Children Home” fundraiser on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Robinson Preserve (South End), 840 99th Street NW, Bradenton, FL.

This one-of-a-kind holiday kayaking event will raise critical funds for the hundreds of homeless children and families who pass through our shelter each year. Participants can paddle their way into the holiday spirit on our “water sleighs,” while enjoying music, Santa, elves, treats, breakfast, and lunch!

Registration: $50 for single kayakers | $75 for tandem kayakers (kayaks included)

Donations accepted for those who want to support but cannot paddle!

“Kringles & Kayaks is more than just a fun day on the water—it’s a chance to make a lasting impact on local children and families who need us most this holiday season,” said Deral Pitts, Director of Community Relations & Development.
