GROVE Announces Three Ways to Celebrate Thanksgiving in Lakewood Ranch
Traditional restaurant dining, a Grand Thanksgiving Buffet and ready-to-eat pickup meals will be available Thursday, November 26
GROVE Restaurant, Patio & Ballroom invites guests to gather for Thanksgiving with three holiday options: traditional dining in the restaurant, a Grand Thanksgiving Buffet in the ballroom and ready-to-eat meals for pickup.
Traditional Thanksgiving Dining
Traditional seated lunch and dinner will be served in GROVE’s restaurant and covered patio from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The plated turkey dinner includes roasted turkey, house-made stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, broccoli casserole, green beans, cranberry sauce, house-made dinner rolls and pumpkin pie.
The traditional turkey dinner is $48 for adults and $25 for children ages 10 and younger. Prices do not include tax, gratuity or beverages. A special holiday menu and limited drink menu will also be available.
Reservations are not required but are strongly encouraged.
Grand Thanksgiving Buffet
GROVE’s Grand Thanksgiving Buffet will be served separately in the ballroom from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The buffet will feature a carving station with freshly roasted turkey and prime rib; seafood selections including mussels, peel-and-eat shrimp and grouper cakes; house and spinach salads; chicken fusilli pasta; and traditional Thanksgiving sides.
The dessert display will include pumpkin and pecan tarts, chocolate-dipped strawberries, autumn spice cake, apple cobbler shooters, chocolate caramel shooters, white chocolate blondies and assorted cookies.
The buffet is $70 for adults and $28 for children ages 10 and younger. Tax, service fee and beverages are not included. A limited bar menu will be available.
Reservations are encouraged and may be made at grovelwr.com/thanksgiving.
Parties of seven or more for either dining experience must reserve through a manager, and a credit card is required to hold the reservation.
Ready-to-Eat Thanksgiving Meals
Guests celebrating at home may order ready-to-eat Thanksgiving meals in family and individual sizes.
The Family Meal serves four to six guests and includes:
- One whole roasted turkey, approximately 11 pounds
- Two pounds each of house-made stuffing, sweet potato casserole, broccoli casserole and mashed potatoes
- 1.5 pounds of green beans
- Cranberry sauce and turkey gravy
- Eight dinner rolls with Boursin butter
- One whole pumpkin pie
- One bottle of Chardonnay
The Family Meal is $175 plus tax.
The Individual Meal serves one guest and includes dark and white roasted turkey meat, house-made stuffing, sweet potato casserole, broccoli casserole, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, a dinner roll with Boursin butter and one slice of pumpkin pie. Individual meals are $48 plus tax.
Thanksgiving pickup orders must be placed by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24. Pickup will be available at GROVE on Thanksgiving Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Guests will select a pickup time when ordering and will be asked to remain in their vehicles and follow staff directions upon arrival. No substitutions, add-ons or à la carte items will be available for pickup orders.
