Lakewood Ranch Stretching Studio Helps Bradenton’s Active Adults Stay Mobile

Stretch Zone Lakewood Ranch North, a practitioner-assisted stretching studio located at 1715 Lakewood Ranch Blvd in the Publix Lakewood Ranch Gateway Plaza, continues its mission of helping Bradenton-area adults stay active and mobile.

Since opening in February 2024, the studio has worked primarily with adults age 40 and older, including golfers, pickleball and tennis players, and fitness-minded residents. In each session, a certified practitioner guides the client through a series of assisted stretches designed to support flexibility, mobility, and ease of everyday movement.

“So many of our clients tell us they just want to keep doing what they love — golf on Saturday, pickleball with friends, long walks — without feeling held back by stiffness,” said Sal Tozzi, owner of Stretch Zone Lakewood Ranch North. “Our job is to help them keep moving comfortably.”

The studio offers a complimentary 30-minute introductory stretch for local residents who want to try practitioner-assisted stretching for the first time.
