Mattamy Homes Celebrates Ribbon-Cutting at Sanderling in Palmetto, Florida on April 15th
Mattamy Homes announces a Ribbon-Cutting Celebration to officially open their two newly decorated model homes and New Home Gallery in Palmetto, Florida.
On Wednesday, April 15th, Mattamy, the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, in partnership with the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce, will host the event beginning at 3:00pm, with the ribbon-cutting at 3:15pm. Guests will enjoy lite bites, tours of the professionally decorated model homes, and engage with Mattamy’s team alongside local business and community partners.
Sanderling, located at 1619 Soaring Vida St. in Palmetto, Florida, is off U.S. Highway 41, just south of I-275 and offers convenient access to Bradenton, Tampa, Riverview, St. Pete and surrounding areas.
Sanderling offers a collection of eight single-family home designs, ranging from 1,500 to nearly 2,800 square feet. With both one- and two-story floorplans available, homes feature two to four bedrooms, two to 3.5 baths and two-car garages to fit a variety of lifestyles.
