Metro Development Group Highlights Seaire Growth and Introduces Curiosity Creek Amid Rising Demand from Younger Buyers

A shift in homebuying demand is taking shape in Manatee County, with younger buyers increasingly driving activity at Seaire, where Metro Development Group continues to see momentum from buyers prioritizing lifestyle, connection and flexibility alongside price and location.

Seaire is attracting a younger, more intentional buyer profile. At the center of the community is a nearly complete lagoon designed as a gathering space, reinforcing a lifestyle-focused approach gaining traction across the region.

During today’s event, Metro will provide a lagoon update at Seaire and highlight growth in Parrish, while also introducing Curiosity Creek, a new community in Manatee reflecting continued demand for this type of community. Jolley Trolley rides will be offered through each community. Drone footage of the lagoon will be made available, and media may also capture aerial views.
