NDC Construction Launches Multifamily Project at Seaflower Florida

362-unit apartment community in West Bradenton anticipates pre-leasing in summer 2027

NDC Construction has broken ground on The Fields at SeaFlower, a 362-unit apartment community within SeaFlower in West Bradenton.

Working alongside NDC Development and NDC Asset Management, the company is delivering the project through its 360 Project Delivery℠ approach, bringing construction, development, and property operations expertise together from the start. That coordination helps the team consider how construction decisions influence the community’s quality, day-to-day operation, and future residents.

Planned amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and yoga room, a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, a dog park, and dedicated trailer parking for jet skis. Single-car garages will also be available for rent.

Pre-leasing is anticipated to begin in summer 2027.
