New 284-Home Rental Community Opens Near I-75 in Parrish

Atlanta-based Quinn Residences has delivered its first Tampa Bay-area project: a 284-home purpose-built rental community called Quinn Residences at Moccasin Wallow, located just east of I-75 in Parrish. The community began welcoming residents to its mix of newly constructed cottages and townhomes last fall.

The project adds to a wave of new rental supply along the I-75 corridor as Manatee County continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas in the Tampa Bay region. Quinn, founded in 2020, now operates more than 5,100 homes across 33 communities in the Southeast and has said it plans further Florida expansion later this year.
