Dr. Andres O’Daly of Coastal Orthopedics Named Medical Director of Orthopedics at HCA Florida Blake Hospital
Dr. Andres O’Daly, board-certified and fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle injuries and disorders at Coastal Orthopedics, was recently named medical director of orthopedics at HCA Florida Blake Hospital.
Dr. O’Daly has been with Coastal Orthopedics since 2016. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Central University of Venezuela and practiced focusing on sports medicine and joint reconstruction at Centro Medico de Caracas, one of the most prestigious clinics in Venezuela.
He immigrated to the United States in 2008, where he successfully completed a postdoctoral research fellowship and a second orthopedic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. O’Daly then completed a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
With his additional role at HCA Florida Blake Hospital, he will be tasked with providing physician leadership for the hospital’s orthopedic program, supporting clinical excellence, quality outcomes and continued program growth. He succeeds Dr. David Cashen, also from Coastal Orthopedics, who served in the role from 2022 to 2025.
“We are incredibly honored that Dr. O’Daly was selected to serve as Blake Hospital’s next medical director,” said Paige LeMay, chief executive officer of Coastal Orthopedics. “He brings extensive clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient-centered orthopedic care, and we are confident his leadership will further advance orthopedic care in the community.”
