Commercial Project Near Uihlein Road Moving Ahead in Lakewood Ranch Area

Manatee County commissioners earlier this year approved a 195,000-square-foot commercial project near Uihlein Road, adjacent to the 900-home Palm Grove community, after an initial denial. The approval came together through a compromise brokered by Rex Jensen, president and CEO of Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, and continues to shape development conversations in Lakewood Ranch’s northeast quadrant.
