WHY WISHES MATTER
Diagnosed with leukemia, David endured a long medical battle, including pneumonia and a four-month hospital stay. Nearing remission, his greatest dream was to visit Hawaii to meet Moana. David and his family experienced the trip of a lifetime, complete with a special cockpit visit before takeoff, a traditional Hawaiian greeting, snorkeling, horseback riding, and that magical meeting with Moana. “Because of Make-A-Wish, David is happier,” his mother shared. “He now believes dreams do come true.”
