MANATEE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION DEBUTS THE GIVING GALLERYTO ADVANCE COMMUNITY IMPACT

Manatee Community Foundation has launched The Giving Gallery, an online space designed to connect visionary donors with innovative projects. This curated list of funding opportunities serves as a co-investment catalog where generosity meets opportunity – a place where individuals can align their passions with transformative community work.

Through The Giving Gallery, donors can explore projects that reflect the mission and commitment of local nonprofit partners, strengthening education, culture, health, and human services across our region. Every opportunity featured has been carefully reviewed through MCF’s grantmaking process or selected by invitation, ensuring integrity, impact, and alignment with shared community goals.

“The Giving Gallery is about more than responding to needs – it’s about investing in innovation and aligning missions to create lasting change,” said Yolanda Mancha, MCF’s Vice President of Philanthropy. “Each request represents a forward-thinking idea to improve life in Manatee County, and when donors choose to give, they become true partners in that work.”

The organizations currently listed in The Giving Gallery are as follows: Easterseals Southwest Florida, Florida Cultural Group, Genesis Health Services, Hope Family Services, Minorities in Shark Sciences, Pace Center for Girls, Palma Sola Botanical Park Foundation, Parenting Matters, Project Light of Manatee, Safe Children Coalition, UnidosNow, and United Community Centers.

The Gallery functions as both a co-investment tool and a reflection of MCF’s approach to shared philanthropy. Some projects are identified through the competitive grant cycles, while others highlight long-term capital efforts that shape Manatee’s future. Each listing remains active for a limited time, allowing a rotation of opportunities that reflect the county’s evolving priorities.

Founded on the belief that giving should be personal, transparent, and local, MCF created this feature to keep building connections between those who care deeply about the Manatee community and the organizations that serve it.
